  • Spent a morning learning anout native grasses and introduced weeds with Friends of Merri Creek. Pictured are natives: Dichondra (Kidney Weed), Bidgee-Widgee, Kangaroo Grass and Pelargonium. We also removed a bunch of weeds from the wetland as they introduce excess nutrients into the soil and natives thrive in low-nutrient soil #merriparkwetland #friendsofmerricreek
